Drinking from the Well that Sustains Us

A two day retreat with Rose Gordon

Dec. 10, 2016, 10 AM - 4 PM  &  Dec.11,2016  10 AM - 3 PM

This two day retreat honors our exploration into what sustains us and where our sources of courage, joy and renewal of spirit can be found.

Days begin with stress reduction and short silent meditation. We’ll listen to teaching stories and poetry from world cultures and explore our wellspring of imagination, using collage, dream work, active imagination, reflective writing and sand tray; to illuminate the places where life-giving resources are available.
Throughout the day we’ll draw on the restorative properties of silence, with plenty of time to dip into the unique healing waters at La Paloma.
